research and planning: magazine social networking feedback

This is some social networking feedback from facebook about my horror magazine cover. The responce i got was very positive, people most liked the coloiur scheme of red, white and black and think the image i used works well. One piece of feedback i recieved was to change the slug line from 'movies biggest year ever', to movies biggest year yet'. I took this feedback on board and changed my slug line which helped it look more like a professional film magazine.

Research and planning: magazine progress

This is my magazine so far. I changed my magazine completely today and started the whole thing again, changing the photograph, fonts and colour scheme which i think looks better and relates to the genre more than my previous draft.

Today me and my partner filmed to large portion of film for our trailer. This is the some of the unedited footage to be put into our horror film genre. We filmed some scenes in the park to show a more diverese range of locations, also running scenes to include in montage.

These videos are sound experiments to decide on the right sound effects with my trailer. I used glasses in different shapes and sized filled with water then rubbing the rim, this i think worked well and will feature in our trailer.

Here i have resesarched the storys i would like to include on my magazine cover. I have deceided to add stories relating not only to the horror genre, but also including storys about 'The hobbit' and 2012 most popular films.
